Arsenal set to rival United for Neuer
Arsene Wenger will look to solve Arsenal's goalkeeping concerns by launching a summer move for Germany No 1 Manuel Neuer. The Gunners have been dogged by goalkeeping headaches in recent seasons and Wenger has earmarked the Schalke shot-stopper as the man he wants to bring stability to the problem position. Arsenal have tracked Neuer for over a year and Sportsmail has learned Wenger contemplated a move last summer but opted to pursue Liverpool keeper Pepe Reina instead... The Gunners will face stiff competition for Neuer with Manchester United and Bayern Munich also keen on the 24-year-old.

The same paper reports Bryan Robson's comments on his current health scare to TalkSport. It was revealed earlier this month that the former United captain and current Thailand manager is suffering from throat cancer. Robson said: "I'm over in England for a week and I'll get a second opinion from a specialist, but I am confident about going back out there [to Thailand] and receiving the treatment."
The Mail also claims Ruud van Nistelrooy is seeking a return to the Barclays Premier League. The Dutchman reportedly wants £4million a year in wages and Blackburn have confirmed their interest in the 34-year-old striker.
Elsewhere, The Telegraph report Nemanja Vidic is expected to start for Serbia in Estonia tonight. Serbia coach Vladimir Petrovic said: “Vidic is with us again and he is ready to play from the beginning."
