Trio wait on Hazard nod

Eden Hazard will reveal who has won the race for his signature in the next 10 days. Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are battling it out for the Lille playmaker, 21. His agent says terms have been agreed with all three. All that remains is for Belgian ace Hazard — whose buyout clause is around £30million — to pick who he wants to join. Agent John Bico said: “We have reached agreement with all parties. Eden is in a period of reflection. A decision will be taken before the end of next week.”

The Sun also report that Darren Fletcher hopes to get the green light to resume his career early next month. The paper claims United sources say the Scot, who has been on an extended break from football because of a bowel condition, has made steady progress and could return next term.

Meanwhile, all the papers report that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will not be Aston Villa's next manager as he is staying at current club Molde for family reasons. There are quotes from Cristiano Ronaldo in The Sun who says he is surprised that Rio Ferdinand has not been picked for England's Euro 2012 squad.

Many of papers run quotes from former Reds skipper Roy Keane who has questioned the wisdom of Gary Neville combining punditry and coaching with England.
