Reserves friendly off

The Reserves' friendly against Northwich Victoria on Thursday, 7 August has been called off.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are next in action against Liverpool in the Lancashire Senior Cup on Wednesday evening, then face a double-header against Chelsea's second string.

So far this pre-season, the Reds have beaten Burscough and Altrincham, and last Saturday fought out a 2-2 draw with Oxford United at the Kassam Stadium.
