Two changes for Reserves

Ben Amos returns for the Reserves' Manchester Senior Cup tie against Bolton Wanderers on Thursday evening.

The 18-year-old replaces Ben Foster in goal for the Reds, and skipper James Chester returns for Rafael, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Warren Joyce have named an otherwise unchanged side after last week's Manchester derby stroll.

United will again operate in a fluid 4-5-1 formation, with loner striker Manucho supported ably by Darron Gibson, Danny Drinkwater, Rodrigo Possebon, Sam Hewson and Tom Cleverley.

Amos oversees a defence comprising David Gray, Corry Evans, Chester and Richard Eckersley, while Ron-Robert Zieler, Jimmy Derbyshire, Magnus Eikrem, Scott Wootton and Anton Bryan make up the substitutes bench.

Having already beaten Bury and Oldham Athletic in this season's Senior Cup, the Reds are looking to extend a 100 percent record in their defence of the trophy.

Please note that Thursday's match will now be taking place at Altrincham's Moss Lane, rather than the Marston's Arena in Northwich, and will kick off at 19:00 GMT.

United: Amos; Gray, C Evans, Chester, Eckersley; Gibson, Drinkwater, Possebon, Hewson, Cleverley; Manucho.
Substitutes: Zieler, Derbyshire, Eikrem, Wootton, Bryan.
