Under-21s take on the Black Cats

United face Sunderland in the Barclays Under-21 Premier League at a wet Moss Lane with Warren Joyce's side looking to get back on track.

A rare defeat, to Aston Villa, in the previous outing means the Reds are under pressure to finish the group stages on a high and clinch a place in the Elite phase of the competition.

United are one of three clubs on 15 points behind runaway leaders Tottenham with only the top two guaranteed of qualification.

Joshua King has joined Blackburn on loan and like Michael Keane, Jesse Lingard, Sean McGinty and Robbie Brady, is therefore unavailable. Davide Petrucci must be in contention to return from injury after travelling with the first-team squad to Istanbul as several players who missed the loss against Villa due to involvement against Galatasaray could bolster the side.

Details of the United squad will be announced when available while the visitors have included Joyce's son Wade in their travelling party.

The action is exclusively live on MUTV.
