U-21s final at Old Trafford

Manchester United's Under-21s set up another big date at Old Trafford with the 3-0 victory against Liverpool on Tuesday night.

Warren Joyce's side knocked the Merseysiders out of the Barclays Under-21 Premier League to set up a final against Tottenham at the Theatre of Dreams on Monday 20 May with Larnell Cole scoring a hat-trick.

Spurs were the victors of the Elite Group and defeated Everton in the semi-finals at White Hart Lane to set up a fifth meeting of the season with the Reds. Both sides have two wins apiece with the matches going with the home team on each occasion.

United won the last clash with the North Londoners thanks to a solitary goal by Ryan Tunnicliffe at the Salford City Stadium with extra time and penalties on the agenda if required on Monday night as we will discover the inaugural winners of the competition.

Season-ticket holders and members can get in free, while non-members pay just £5 (adults) or £2 (concessions). Community groups, charities and local football teams can apply for complimentary tickets on +44 161 868 8284. The match is also live on MUTV.
