All fixtures are subject to change. Home games are at Leigh Sports Village unless otherwise stated.
In each division, clubs will play each other home and away and the champions of Division 1 will be the team with the most points after 22 matches. There will be relegation and promotion of two clubs between Division 1 and Division 2 at the end of the season, which will inject more competitiveness into the latter stages of the competition.
Clubs can field only three outfield players plus a goalkeeper over the age of 21. Each club must host at least three Barclays U21 Premier League matches at their main stadium during the season and three at their training grounds or Academy venues.
Additional Lancashire Senior Cup and Manchester Senior Cup fixtures will be added in due course.
