Young Reds face acid test

United against Chelsea is a tantalising encounter at any level, and the looming FA Youth Cup semi-final clash between the two clubs promises to be engaging affair.

The Reds travel to Stamford Bridge for Sunday afternoon’s first instalment of the two-legged tie, and host the Blues at Old Trafford on Wednesday 20 April to decide which side will face Sheffield United in this season’s final.

Paul McGuinness is likely to be without injured striker John Cofie so Will Keane's return to the fray has come at the right time.

Playmaker Ravel Morrison and full-back Tyler Blackett both sit out the first leg through suspension while Chelsea are missing Billy Clifford with a knee injury.

After a thrilling victory at Anfield against Liverpool in the previous round, United will be looking to emulate the first-team on Wednesday night and bring a positive result back to Old Trafford for the second leg. will have a full report on Sunday following the action.
