Manchester United will take on Cristiano Ronaldo's first professional club on Friday as the NexLions Cup kicks off in Singapore.
The Under-19 tournament pits the Reds against Sporting Lisbon in the semi-finals, with the possibility of a final against arch-rivals Liverpool on Sunday. However, the Merseysiders must firstly overcome a host team, in the form of Singapore Youth.
James Wilson, who recently signed a professional contract with United, is one of 18 United youngsters who've travelled to Singapore with coach Paul McGuinness and academy manager Brian McClair. The full squad is as follows:
Pierluigi Gollini, Jonathan Sutherland; Declan Dalley, Donald Love, Callum Evans, Louis Rowley, Liam Grimshaw, Nicholas Ioannou; James Weir, Jack Rudge, Patrick McNair, Joe Rothwell, Jack Barmby, Ben Pearson, Mats Daehli; Sam Byrne, Kenji Gorré, James Wilson.
Both of the Reds' matches - the semi-final and either the final or third place play-off - will be shown live on MUTV as follows:
United U19 v Sporting Lisbon - Friday 14 December KO 10:15am GMT
United U19 v Liverpool or Singapore - Sunday 16 December KO 08:45am or 11:15am (depending on Friday's results)
