in from the left and curled a majestic finish into the corner of the net to leave Gollini with no chance. Daehli was unable to scramble home from a Kenji Gorre cross-shot and Barmby deserved a penalty from the follow-up as he was clattered by Hill's rash attempt to get the loose ball.

Barmby dragged another effort wide as United went down fighting but there was no way through despite some promising approach play. Only an astonishing goalline clearance by Daehli prevented an injury-time third after Daniel Williams looked certain to profit from some magical skill by the outstanding Grealish, and Graham also spurned another opening in the dying seconds.
