Manchester United have signed eight first-year scholars to bolster Paul McGuinness' Under-18 squad for next term.
The latest intake includes players who were blooded in 2013/2014 with Marcus Rashford the most experienced of the group after making 10 Academy league appearances and also starting the FA Youth Cup tie at Leicester City.
Manchester-born Rashford, who already has four goals to his name for McGuinness' side, is the only forward among the selection with Ollie Byrne the solitary goalkeeper. Defenders Jimmy Dunne, Tyler Reid and Charlie Scott will compete for places at the back.
Axel Tuanzebe and Tosin Kehinde, who has already made his Under-21 bow for the Reds despite being the youngest of the eight, are joined by Travis Johnson as the midfield options in the group.
