Bristol-born goalkeeper who played in the 2012 Nike-sponsored Premier Cup in Shanghai and has progressed through the ranks.
A growth spurt means he is starting to look the part physically and will aim to develop other areas of his game after building a reputation as a fantastic shot-stopper.
"He has a great personality and character," said Academy goalkeeping coach Alan Fettis. "He is a popular lad in the dressing room.
"He’s been unfortunate last season as he’s had a lot of growth injuries that have hindered his progress. When he came into the system from a local amateur club in Bristol, he was a little behind technically but he plays the game well and understands his position.
"He knows how to get his body in front of the ball and can distribute it pretty accurately with both feet, which is obviously a trait for a Manchester United goalkeeper. He’s just missed out a little bit last season, so he’s slightly behind at the moment, but he’s a good worker and somebody who will do what you want. That is why he will improve and catch up eventually.
