Sir Alex exhibition now open

A major new exhibition at the Manchester United museum marks Sir Alex Ferguson's 25 years in charge of the club.

On display are many of the medals, plaques and trophies collected during the most successful reign in British football history. From the first FA Cup win in 1990 to the unique Treble of 1999, the Club World Cup of 2008 and the record 19th league title in 2011... they're all there, as well as a number of personal awards, including Manager of the Year awards and both his CBE and knighthood.

This special exhibition commemorating Manchester United’s most successful manager will run until June 2012.

For more info on the award-winning museum visit the Museum and Stadium Tour page.

The Museum & Tour Centre is open seven days a week from 09:00 - 17:00 GMT (excl. match days).
