Great goals vs Barcelona

United tackle Barcelona in a prestigious pre-season friendly as part of the DHL tour on Wednesday night.

The Gothenburg encounter will evoke memories of previous clashes between the two famous clubs and prompts us to relive some of the greatest goals scored by the Reds against the Catalan giants.

All are classic moments from the United archives - Robson's diving header sparked a remarkable comeback in 1984, a thumping finish by 'Sparky' helped land the European Cup-Winners' Cup and Beckham's delightful free-kick was a highlight in a thrilling 3-3 draw in 1998. Cole's sublime combination play with strike partner Dwight Yorke was teamwork at its best, Scholes' howitzer sent the Reds to Moscow and Rooney's 2011 Champions League final equaliser raised hopes of lifting the trophy again.
