Manchester United completed the Asian leg of this summer’s Tour 2013 presented by Aon in style on Monday by recording a highly entertaining 5-2 win over Kitchee FC.

Playing on an extremely questionable surface at the Hong Kong Stadium, the champions produced a performance of great style and verve, racing to a three goal lead by half-time thanks to strikes from Danny Welbeck, Chris Smalling and Fabio da Silva.

Adnan Januzaj then scored a fine header following good work by Alexander Büttner before a couple of conversions from Lam Ka Wai and Alex Alkande suggested a comeback might be on the cards. However, any fears were soon extinguished by Jesse Lingard’s superb winner after 80 minutes.

As always, official club photographers John and Matt Peters were in attendance to capture the action and to help retell the story, we’ve gathered the best of their images in the gallery above.
