SIR BOBBY CHARLTON – LEGEND

This brand new exhibit celebrates the 60th anniversary of Sir Bobby Charlton joining Manchester United in June 1953. Objects on display will include 1966 World Cup medal, 1968 European Cup medal, 1963 FA Cup medal and Sir Bobby’s first League medal won in 1956-57 season as well as a pair of football boots in which he played his final league match for United against Chelsea, 1966 European Footballer of the Year Award, CBE, the London 2012 Olympic Torch and a tracksuit from the Olympic Torch Relay.
