Action and reaction: United 1 Fulham 1

Tuesday 18 May 2021 22:57

Manchester United were held to a 1-1 draw against Fulham in the Premier League on Tuesday evening.

Edinson Cavani scored his first goal in front of our supporters with an incredible 40-yard lob to send Old Trafford wild. That goal will live long in the memories of the 10,000 fans who were lucky enough to be inside the Theatre of Dreams.

It was a strike worthy of winning any game but, unfortunately, that was not to be the case. Joe Bryan found an equaliser for the Cottagers in the 76th minute following Bobby Decordova-Reid's precise cross from the right and the Reds were not able to summon up a late winner.

You can watch the highlights in the video window above, plus post-match interviews with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Bruno Fernandes below.

Our manager also delivered the traditional speech to our supporters following our final home match of the season, while Fernandes and Luke Shaw collected their awards pre-match.
