Travis Binnion's side performed well in the prevous outing at M16, recording a 4-2 victory against Norwich City last month, with Sam Mather scoring all four goals.

With a number of players heading out on loan during the window, there may be a chance for others to impress in the remainder of the campaign for the Under-21s.

Just a reminder that there will be play-offs at the end of the regular season, due to the new league format in 2023/24.

Next up is a trip to face Southampton on Friday night, with the 19:00 GMT kick-off being shown live on MUTV.
