Last summer, the Reds prepared for the current 2023/24 campaign by playing eight pre-season friendlies - four in the United States, and the other four spread across Norway, Scotland, Ireland and Old Trafford. All of them were shown live on MUTV.

New signings Andre Onana and Mason Mount both played their first games after joining the Reds in the summer transfer window and exciting Academy youngsters such as Omari Forson, Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo enhanced their growing reputations by clocking up invaluable minutes in the senior side.
