It's that time again, when we are asking Manchester United fans to vote for our standout strike from the month's matches.

Twelve goals have made our shortlist, with men's first-team efforts, women's first-team finishes and Academy strikes all in the running.

With many matches played across our sides, and plenty of goals rippling the net, April's award is set to be a competitive one.

Seven efforts on the shortlist are from Erik ten Hag's side, with Bruno Fernandes's header at Chelsea capping off a well-worked team move and Alejandro Garnacho's close-range strike in the same match being created by Antony's sumptuous trivela assist with the outside of his boot.

Bruno has two further efforts up for the award, with our skipper scoring from close to the halfway line against Liverpool and producing another long-range rocket in our Old Trafford victory over Sheffield United in the final week of April.

Kobbie Mainoo's curled shot followed Fernandes's goal against the Merseysiders, and is also on the shortlist.

Rasmus Hojlund and Antony netted against Sheffield United and Burnley respectively, at Old Trafford, and their finishes complete the men's first team's representation for April's award.

United Women have three goals on the shortlist, with Lucia Garcia scoring just one minute into our excellent Women's FA Cup semi-final triumph over holders Chelsea.

Rachel Williams's powerful header from the same game is also up for the accolade, with Ella Toone carving open the Blues' defence with a pinpoint cross.

Tooney then turned goalscorer in United Women's final match of the month, producing an unstoppable shot in our 1-0 win at Leicester City.

Having scored 23 goals across this period, there were plenty of options from the Under-18s', with James Scanlon's well-taken effort in the 9-1 victory at Liverpool, and Ethan Wheatley's sublime touch and finish in the U18 Premier League Cup final against Manchester City completing April's shortlist.
