For any questions regarding stadium policies or changes to your match day experience, please view our Supporters’ Code of Conduct.

Do fans need to have a COVID-19 test to attend?
As it stands, it is not a requirement for fans to be tested prior to a match.

How well spaced will the seating be?
Fans will be seated at least 1m away from the nearest group. The seating plan has been designed in accordance with national Sports Grounds Safety Authority guidance. Mitigation measures to help protect our fans are detailed within the Supporters’ Code of Conduct.

Will tickets be allocated with preference offered to certain groups?
No, the ballot will be fully random for the first game, for subsequent matches preference will be given to people who have applied, but not been offered tickets for previous matches.

Can fans who are successful for the first ballot also apply for the next home game?
Yes, but fans who have been unsuccessful in previous ballots will be prioritised.

When will applications be accepted for future matches?
Dates for future ballots will be confirmed at manutd.com/STHUB when confirmed.

Will not applying / being unsuccessful in a ballot impact away game applications for future seasons?
No supporters will be negatively impacted by their attendance to games in the 2020/21 season

Why can fans only get 2 tickets, what if they have 3+ in their bubble?
The limit of 2 tickets is largely to ensure we maximise the number of applicants that are successful, whilst also enabling us to provide the safest possible environment. Once the number of fans permitted to attend increases, and we have been able to take learnings from initial games, we hope to be able to increase the group sizes.

Can I transfer tickets to family and friends?
No, tickets cannot be forwarded to other supporters. Please only apply if you intend on attending. Due to social distancing requirements and short turnaround we are also unable to part cancel bookings.

Can fans request to be seated near to family/friends (with social distancing)?
No, due to social distancing requirements, reduced capacity and short-turnaround, supporters cannot request seat moves/specific seating. If supporters are unhappy with their seating location following the ballot, they are able to contact the Ticket Office to cancel their booking.

Can Season Ticket Holders upgrade to hospitality?
Hospitality applications will only be accepted from Executive Club Members who held their ticket in season 2019/20 (irrespective of whether they have renewed for 2020/21 or not) and from new Executive Club Members that have already purchased for season 2020/21.

Can Executive Club Members apply for general admission tickets without hospitality?
General admission ticket applications will only be accepted from Season Ticket Holders who held their ticket in season 2019/20 (irrespective of whether they have renewed for 2020/21 or not) and new Season Ticket holders that have already purchased for season 2020/21. Official Members who have renewed for season 2020/21 can also apply for general admission tickets.

Will cars be socially distanced from each other in the car parks?
Cars will park as normal and will be managed by our car park stewards. Everyone should be mindful of others and maintain social distancing when getting into and out of vehicles

Will paper tickets be issued if fans don’t have a smart phone or printer?

No, paper tickets will not be available. If you need support downloading or printing your ticket, please advise the Ticket Office for general admission tickets and Executive Club Support team for hospitality tickets.

Are charge points available for mobile phones?
We do not have charging points available, therefore we recommend all supporters ensure their mobile device is fully charged ahead of travelling to the stadium.

Do babies count as a person or can fans bring them or their knee?
Our usual process applies, and every individual regardless of age will need a ticket and will therefore count as an individual person/attendee.

Can fans bring flags into the stadium?
The usual ground regulations apply. Non offensive flags or banners 2m x 1m or less are permitted. They must not include sticks or poles and must meet fire regulations
