Hospitality Information - Executive Club Members
- A limited number of hospitality tickets will be available for any upcoming reduced capacity games
- A ballot for hospitality tickets will be conducted in advance of each game, this may be ahead of confirmation that spectators will be able to attend (due to short turnaround)
- Applications will be accepted from Executive Club Members who held their ticket in season 2019/20 (irrespective of whether they have renewed for 2020/21 or not) and from new Executive Club Members that have already purchased for the season 2020/21
- Anyone successful in the ballot for a game will be deprioritised for the next game they apply for

Example timeline (eg. Leeds United 20th December):
- Fri 11th Dec – provisional applications open to Executive Club Members
- Weds 16th Dec (8am) – provisional applications close
- Thurs 17th Dec – ballot process conducted/successful & unsuccessful applicants notified
- Thurs 17th Dec – payment required from successful applicants (via credit card transaction or drawn down from funds held on file)
- Fri 18th Dec – digital tickets and pre-match communications issued
- Sun 20th Dec – matchday

Restrictions
- We can only allocate tickets to groups in the same household or support bubble**
- Contact details will be required for all attendees along with agreement to comply with our Supporters’ Code of Conduct, which can be viewed at manutd.com/terms
- International and national travel restrictions apply
- While applications can be received from fans in any address, only fans whose address is registered in an area under the government’s Tier 1 or Tier 2 restrictions (or equivalent) at the time of the match will be able to attend. Any fan whose address remains in Tier 3 at the time of the game will not be allocated tickets from any ballot to ensure we comply with guidance
- Due to social distancing requirements, it will not be possible to cancel your booking prior to the game, and tickets cannot be transferred to other attendees once guest details have been supplied. Please therefore only make an application if you intend on attending the game
