TICKETING ALLOCATION INFORMATION
The UK Government have set out a roadmap out of the current lockdown for England in their COVID-19 Response plan. Within that, it includes the possibility that fans may be able to return in limited numbers by the earliest of 17 May. Until then, games at Old Trafford will continue to take place behind closed doors. Please note that this information is subject to change depending on government guidelines and restrictions.
- Ticketing must be digital / contactless, so during 2020 we upgraded our stadium turnstiles and they are now all compatible with digital / contactless ticketing. There are a number of benefits including the reduced risk of virus transmission, reduced environmental impact due to posting and ticket waste, reduced risk of lost / stolen tickets and enhanced stadium security. Ticket holders will therefore be sent an email containing their digital tickets moving forwards, which can be added to the mobile wallet and used to gain entry. Alternatively, there will be an option to print at home and bring these tickets with you to games
Executive Club Members should visit the relevant section for bespoke information about the match day experience and processes that will be in place.

- It must be the named ticket holder who attends the match, and adults must be able to provide ID
- It will not be possible to part-cancel any bookings, due to the requirement to facilitate social distancing; if you need to discuss cancellation of an entire booking please call 0161 676 7770
