Wednesday 23 October 2019 13:45

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is taking a 20-man squad to Serbia for Manchester United's Europa League clash against Partizan Belgrade.

The travelling party will fly out of Manchester Airport on Wednesday afternoon and the senior squad includes youngster Ethan Laird for the first time, while Under-23s goalkeeper Matej Kovar also makes the trip.

Solskjaer is still dealing with a number of injuries, and players missing from the group include David De Gea, Axel Tuanzebe, Luke Shaw, Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic. However, Jesse Lingard is back in the fold.

Ethan Laird trained with Marcus Rashford and the rest of the first-team squad on Wednesday morning.

On arrival in Belgrade on Wednesday evening, Solskjaer will address the media and hopefully provide an update on the injured players, as well as giving his thoughts on the match ahead at the Partizan Stadium.
