'We're already thinking about Palace'
A typically honest Ander Herrera says United need to refocus after the derby defeat...
HIS ASSESSMENT OF THE MATCH “I think until the first goal they were better. Then after that we had some good moments, but I think the second goal killed us. There are things we will take from this game and things we need to improve, but there is no time to cry. We're already thinking about Crystal Palace. I have already been checking the next few weeks - we have Palace at home, Southampton away, there are some games between the top six teams. If we want to be in the top four soon we have to win the next games. Tottenham I think play Arsenal and Chelsea so there are some games between them but we have to win Palace at home and Southampton away.” WE NEED TO GO ON A RUN OF WINS “I think we were in a good moment but in a derby anything can happen - we won last season here, we lost today, but there is no time to cry as I told you before. There is no time to keep thinking about what happened today. There are things to improve which will speak about between us, but already in our minds we have Palace and Southampton and between them we have Young Boys at home.” THE BREAK IS BADLY TIMED “If we could choose now we would play in three days for sure, but now time to think what we did good and what we did bad, but not too much. Football gives you an opportunity soon. It's sad that that opportunity will be in two weeks and not two days, but if we want to be in the top four soon then Palace and Southampton are two key games.” WE WERE IN THE GAME “I think so. Maybe the first 10 mins no, but the rest of it yes. I had a feeling at 1-0 we were going to make it difficult for them but I think that second goal really killed us. Now we only think about Palace, that's the only thing we can do.”
