Exclusive: Ole explains the XI to face Newcastle
In our interview, the boss explains the thinking behind our starting XI and why Paul Pogba is on the bench...
Talk us through your thinking behind the starting XI... "Andreas and Mason have done really well and they will give us fresh legs. Paul, I think it is too early to demand too much of him. He has worked really hard because it has been a long lay-off, so we will have to drip-feed him in and gradually play him more and more." Are you planning for multiple games? "Let's see how today goes and then we will know more about what we will do against Burnley, even though I already have a team in my mind. In football you can never be surprised if something different happens so you have got to be ready for anything." Last Old Trafford match of the decade – important to finish on a high? "It is very important that the fans leave here on a high because last week was disappointing. This season we have done to bounce back - we lost once in August, once in September, once in October, once in November and once in December, but we have always bounced back. We have never lost two games on the bounce this season so hopefully that statistic will go a long way."
