On going nine unbeaten

That's just what happens in football sometimes. You might hit a run of winnable games or you find form. We've found form, we're defending well, clean sheets - of course that's massive for us. I think that's seven in nine and that's important. The two we conceded we shouldn't have conceded anyway.

On Ighalo

He's doing what it says on the tin and what we asked for when we signed him. He's coming in, playing up front, different type of striker and gets chances every game and today he could have had another couple. We're very, very happy with him. Gives us a chance for Mason and Anthony to be kept fresh as well.

Ighalo gets a lot of chances - is that due to United or him?

He's experienced and he's scored goals his whole career. He's in and around the box and he reads and he sniffs out where the chances will come, so it's a combination really but maybe more him than us because I think that type of striker is vital for a team.

Not going through a bad run like this time last year?

They're fitter. Better mentality. We've had a winter break, added a few signings, we're fit as in injury free, we're getting players back and the whole squad is ready to go. I've got a big squad, it was around about this time that we had I don't know how many hamstring injuries because they weren't ready for what we were ask them to do probably.

Ighalo fitness

There's more to come, he'll improve, he'll get sharper and more used to us so I've got no doubt that he'll only get better and better.

Ighalo - what can the younger players learn from him?

His physical presence. We can play the ball up to him and he'll get hold of it. It's hard to play central defender against him when he's looking for you first and he buys himself half a yard with just that movement. Sometimes our young boys are not used to that from the academy. I'd like them to look at him and learn a couple of things.

Jesse Lingard's performance

He was like the rest of the team. We did a professional job, working hard. I think it didn't flow for either the team or him early on but he improved as the game went on.

The draw

Another away draw, we're used to that now. Seven away in a row, so we'll have to do it the hard way if we want to go all the way so we've got a chance now of course - last eight.

Where does the FA Cup rank in terms of priorities?

Today was the highest priority because we're not going to pick and choose games or competitions. We've got to go for everything, that's what it is to be here at Manchester United, you can't just discard a chance for a trophy.

On squad depth

Some players got their chance today and are getting more and more game time. As I said here we've got more and more players injury free so it is more competition for places and I feel I have a strong squad, and the players are more resilient and robust, I'm sure they can do more and more games than last season.
