Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Aaron: We have to learn from this

Transcript

Aaron Wan-Bissaka offered a few thoughts on how United should react, after Sunday’s disappointing defeat...

Transcript

Aaron what did you make of that today?

It’s a disappointing result. To come out on the pitch second-half and put all that effort in and not to come out with a result.

It strange we’re winning every game away from home and we can’t get a result at Old Trafford. Is that hard to explain?

We come out every game with the mentality to win and put in a good performance.

Wednesday’s performance was fantastic. Is it hard to explain how you can play the same formation a few days later and it be so different?

The performance was different, but as you could see second half we came out different mentality and we wanted to create chances. It’s just about taking them.

Was it difficult to create clear chances to get back into the game?

Getting clear chances isn’t easy for both sides. It’s just about making them and taking them.

Paul’s held his hand up for the penalty. There was still time to get back into it, is it just frustrating we couldn’t do that?

Yeah it’s not easy after a goal goes in. The main thing is to stick together and keep going. That’s all we did.

Is that the important thing? There’s games still every three days – you’ve got to forget it and move on, I guess?

We’ve got to learn from it and put it right the next game.
