UEFA Europa League Away Games

Important Information: Our Operating Hours

Manchester United is closely monitoring the rapidly-evolving situation regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) and taking steps to help combat its spread, based on the latest UK Government advice.

As part of this process, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our Ticketing & Membership Services Front Office (as of 8pm on Friday 20th March) until the situation improves.

Our Contact Centre will remain open for queries via 0161 868 8000, and will be available for supporters to call between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. During this time, our online ticketing platform will remain available 24/7 where you can manage your account, make applications (if applicable), buy tickets and renew Season Tickets. Our 24 hour automated phone line will also remain available.

We regret any inconvenience that the office closure may cause but trust that you will understand that protection of public health must be the priority. We will continue to keep you updated with any further changes, and in the meantime you can click here for up to date information on our home fixtures.

As well as refunding the match ticket cost for this game, in recognition of the unique circumstances and last minute announcement of the decision to play the fixture behind closed doors, Manchester United also reimbursed a portion of travel costs for its supporters who purchased a ticket for the tie. Supporters who had a ticket for this game have also been automatically allocated a credit to their account.

You can now view the number of credits you have by logging in at manutd.com/myaccount. Please note, credits will be taken into account from the 2017/2018 Season.

As requested via the Fans’ Forum, to ensure that supporters without a credit history also have a chance of receiving tickets, 5% of allocated tickets were balloted to supporters with 0-5 credits for games in the Group Stages only.
