Manchester United notes the government decision to move into a period of national lockdown due to the continuing impact of COVID-19. This means that matches at Old Trafford will continue to take place behind closed doors until further notice.

Return of Fans to Old Trafford

Digital Ticketing: All tickets from the 2020/21 season will be digital / contactless. Ticket holders will be sent a digital match ticket to their email address which will need to be used to gain entry. This ticket needs to be downloaded to the mobile wallet, alternatively there will be an option to print at home. You will then use this to scan at the turnstile.

2020/21 Premier League Fixtures 

The 2020/21 Premier League fixtures can be viewed at manutd.com/fixtures. Planning for the season, both on and off the field continues as we work with the Premier League, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, Sports Grounds Safety Authority and the local authorities on planning for a safe return of fans to matches at Old Trafford as soon as it is permitted. You can view up to date information at manutd.com/reunited.

Whilst the new Tier system will be consistently reviewed and whilst we do not have any certainty of our long-term position, we do not intend to announce a Season Ticket renewal deadline.  

Refund & Rebate information: We are currently issuing refunds to supporters who have renewed their Season Ticket for the 2020/21 season for the cost of all games up to the end of February.

Digital Ticketing & Yearbook

Digital Ticketing 

All tickets from the 2020/21 season will be digital / contactless. Ticket holders will be sent a digital match ticket to their email address which will need to be used to gain entry. This ticket needs to be downloaded to the mobile wallet, alternatively there will be an option to print at home. You will then use this to scan at the turnstile.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT ONLINE

As a Season Ticket holder, you can use our dedicated online platform to purchase and apply for match tickets, purchase Official Membership, renew and manage your Season Ticket throughout the season at any time suitable for you, meaning you no longer need to telephone us each time you need to make a change. If you’re not already set up on eTicketing, select the log in icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select ‘Activate it now’ next to ‘Have an existing account’. Enter your Membership Number (Season Ticket reference number as displayed on your Season Ticket card), surname and select ‘Find My Account’. Complete the registration form, ensuring you update any incorrect information displayed, and select ‘Complete Registration’. This process takes less than two minutes.

 

UPDATING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

If you already have an active eTicketing account, please ensure that your contact details are fully up-to-date so that we can keep you abreast of any important information. To check/update your personal details online, please log into your account by visiting manutd.com/myaccount and select ‘Update Your Personal Details’ from the My Account drop down. Here you will be able to see all of your account information. If you need to update any information on this page, select the Edit button and enter your eTicketing password - you will then be able to edit your details. Once everything is correct and up-to-date, click Save.

 

YOUR NETWORK

If you manage multiple accounts for friends and family, and wish to purchase tickets on their behalf (or renew season tickets) you will need to have a ‘manage’ privilege on their account (note, they will also need to have an active account online in order for this to be successful). Please see below for a short guide on how to do this should you need to.

- Log into your account at manutd.com/myaccount, select 'Your Network' – if you have not yet activated your online account, please follow the steps in the above ‘creating an account online’ guide

If anyone is missing, select the "Add Someone New" button, and type in their Membership Number and surname and select search. Once confirmed, the relevant supporter will appear in your network. From here you select the drop down next to their name and request to manage their account. Select 'change' (highlighted red), select the option to fully manage tickets online, and select 'Send Request'. An email will then be sent to the supporter who will need to follow the instructions on the email they receive and accept the request before you're able to make updates/transact on their behalf.

If someone is listed, but not showing as ‘manage’, permission will need to be requested. To request, select 'change' (highlighted red), select the option to fully manage tickets online, and select 'Send Request'. UPDATING YOUR HOME CUP PAYMENT DETAILS

Updating yours:

To update your cup scheme payment card please visit manutd.com/homecup - simply log in (if you do not have an account, follow the instructions provided in the section above), select ‘Amend Card Details’ on the loaded page and follow the instructions to update your card. If you are already logged in the e-ticketing site you can find this in ’My Account’ and then ‘Update card details’

Updating for another supporter:

Note, if you already pay for other supporters cup tickets, you only need to update your own card details online and this will automatically amend any linked accounts. If you currently/would like to pay for other Season Ticket holders cup matches, please follow the instructions provided in the ‘Your Network’ section above – once they are successfully in your network, they will show in your account and you will be able to update their cup scheme payment card.

 

OPTING IN/OUT OF THE CARABAO CUP & EUROPA LEAGUE (if applicable)

For the Season:

If you are opted-in to the optional cup games for the current season, this will automatically carry over into the following season. If for any reason you would prefer to opt-out of this, you can change your status during the online renewal process – note, you can also update your cup scheme payment card at this point. If however you have opted-out for the current season and would like to change this to start attending all cup games next season, you will need to contact us on 0161 676 7770 to amend this. 

Match-by-match:

You can change your opt in/opt out status for cup games online during designated opt out periods throughout the season (these are communicated as and when available). Please be reminded there is no option to opt-out of the FA Cup home fixtures (exclusions only apply to Under 16s).

Please note, if a Season Ticket holder doesn't purchase a cup game, they will lose their eligibility to apply for domestic away games. Currently, those eligible are Season Ticket holders at silver level or above, and who have purchased all home cup games for the 2019/20 season.

Season Ticket holders can access a digital copy of matchday programmes by visiting manutd.com/digitalUR and entering their Season Ticket number.

UNITED DIRECT

United Direct, our official online store, has recently been updated to give our fans an improved online shopping experience when purchasing Manchester United products and merchandise.

As part of this update, the process for redeeming your 10% discount* on United Direct has now changed. To be able to redeem your discount, a promotional code** must be entered in the ‘coupon’ section prior to check-out and your 10% discount will then automatically be applied.
