Your Ticketing Account

If you are having problems logging in to your ticketing account, please follow this step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Ensure you are logged out of any existing accounts by visiting and select ‘Yes

Step 2: Go to and click on ‘My Account’ at the top right of the webpage

Step 3: Click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link

Step 4:
Enter your Membership Number and date of birth (not your email address) and an email will be sent automatically to the Primary Account Holder. Follow the instructions in this email to create a new password

Note: If you are not the Primary Account Holder of this email address, you will need to have them on hand to reset your password for you from the link sent to their email address.

Once you’ve set up your new password then visit, click on 'My Account' where you should be automatically logged in.

We will contact you in the future to upgrade your account so that you can use your email or your Supporter ID to log-in, but for the moment please continue to use your Membership Number.
