Role purpose |
Working within one of our hospitality suites or box areas, you will be responsible for welcoming guests on matchdays. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating stellar first impressions and delivering outstanding service to ensure each matchday is a unique and memorable experience. This role requires a friendly, confident, proactive, and warm personality, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people. Candidates must be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently. |
