Introduction:

(I) Manchester United is hosting a virtual fan event in connection with the Manchester United v Chelsea FC football match taking place on 28 February 2021 (the “Virtual Fan Event”).

(II) The Virtual Fan Event will be streamed live at 3PM GMT/ 10AM EST / 7AM PT on Manchester United’s website and app channels and across Manchester United’s official Facebook and YouTube pages and will be accessible to all fans globally. 

(III) In connection with the Virtual Fan Event MU would like to offer fans the opportunity to win a virtual meet and greet with certain MU Club Legends and Ambassadors prior to the Virtual Fan Event taking place (the “Virtual Meet and Greet”).

(IV) Places on the Virtual Meet and Greet are limited to 100 places only and MU is therefore running a prize draw (on the terms set out below) and will allocate the places to 100 winners. 

(V) The terms and conditions are broken down into two parts. Part A deals with terms applicable to the prize draw for the Virtual Meet and Greet and Part B sets out the terms applicable to our spot prize draw which winners of the Virtual Meet and Greet will be automatically entered into. Anyone entering the prize draw is required to read both parts. 

PART A
Entry:

1. Manchester United Football Club Limited (“MU”) (whose registered office is Old Trafford, Sir Matt Busby Way, Manchester M16 0RA) is the promoter of the #ILOVEUNITED USA Virtual Meet and Greet with Manchester United Legends and Ambassadors prize draw (the “Prize Draw”). This Prize Draw is sponsored by Viña Concha Y Toro S.A. (“Concha”). 

2. By entering the Prize Draw entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Conditions”) and confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate and complete. MU reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any and all entrants and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Entrants shall at all times act in good faith towards MU and the Prize Draw.

3. Employees of MU and/or Concha and/or any of their associated companies or subsidiaries (and their families) are excluded from entering the Prize Draw.

4. Entry into the Prize Draw is free (except for any applicable data usage charges) and on the basis of one entry per person and is open to persons resident in the United States of America only. 

5. The Prize Draw is open to entrants aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.

6. In order to enter the Prize Draw and to be considered for the Prize, entrants must click on the Prize Draw entry link available:

(i) via www.manutd.com/iloveunited;

(ii) on the official Manchester United accounts on the following social media platforms: (a) Facebook, (b) Instagram; (c) YouTube; (d) Twitter; or

(iii) via any other method of entry which MU makes available.

7. The Prize Draw will close at 23:59 GMT on Sunday 21 February 2021 (the "Closing Date") and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing Date. 

The Prize:

8. Subject to paragraph 9 and 11, the prize will be a place on the Virtual Meet and Greet taking place on Sunday 28th February at 14:00 GMT/ 9:00AM EST / 6:00AM PT (the “Prize”).

9. MU reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of a similar nature at any time. 

10. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

11. MU does not guarantee who the Manchester United Club Legend(s) and Ambassadors taking part in the Virtual Meet and Greet will be and MU will not enter into any correspondence with any of the Winners (as defined below) regarding the identity of the Club Legend(s) and Ambassadors taking part in the Virtual Meet and Greet. 

12. Anyone who wins a place on the Virtual Meet and Greet may also get an opportunity to (virtually):
(i) ask a Manchester United Club Legend or Ambassador a question during the Virtual Meet and Greet; and
(ii) may be asked a question by a Manchester United Club Legend or Ambassador or, by any other MU personnel, during the Meet and Greet. 

13. Anyone selected to ask a question or to answer a question during the Virtual Meet and Greet will be selected at random. There is no guarantee that a Winner will get the opportunity to participate in questions and answers with the Legends and Ambassadors participating in the Virtual Meet and Greet.  

14. MU also intends to run a spot prize draw during the Virtual Meet and Greet. The Winners (defined below) will be automatically entered into the spot prize draw. 

15. The Virtual Meet and Greet will not be a one-on-one event for each Winner (defined below). There is one scheduled meet and greet only and the one hundred Winners will all attend the Virtual Meet and Greet at the same time. 

16. The Winners:

17. One hundred (100) people will be selected at random from all valid entries received by MU on or before the Closing date for a place on the Virtual Meet and Greet (each a “Winner” and together the “Winners”). 

18. Only the Winners will receive notification from MU. The Winners will be notified by email as soon as practicable after the Closing Date that they have won and they will also receive an email containing instructions as to how to access the Virtual Meet and Greet. The Winners should not share those emails with anyone, they are personal to the Winners only.  

19. Anyone whose access to the Meet and Greet is terminated or dis-connected due to technical or, for any other reason (including, but not limited to MU, as a result of non - compliance with these Conditions by a Winner) may not be able to re-join after they have been dis-connected.  

Consent:

20. Each Winner will be required to give their consent to the Winner’s name and county to be disclosed to any person requesting that MU confirms the identity of the Winners, and for promotional purposes. A Winner may raise any concerns regarding this paragraph with MU.  

21. Subject to paragraph 20 above, details of each of the Winner’s surname and county will be made available to the public upon request from Manchester United Football Club Limited, Sir Matt Busby Way, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 0RA two weeks after the Closing Date (subject to data protection legislation).

Conditions of participating in the Virtual Meet and Greet 

22. The Virtual Meet and Greet will take place through a video sharing platform of MU’s choice and it will start at a time and date and be for a duration specified by MU and communicated to each Winner.  

23. The Virtual Meet and Greet will be a live feature prior to the Virtual Fan Event. 

24. MU reserves the right to disable the connection between any Winner and the platform used to feature the Virtual Meet and Greet if, in MU’s absolute discretion, it considers that: (i) someone is acting offensively or inappropriately; (ii) someone has gained unauthorised access; and/or (iii) if someone is considered to be using the platform to promote the interests of a third party or their own goods or services. 

25. Anyone who wins a place on the Virtual Meet and Greet:

(iii) must have access to the video sharing platform chosen by MU which may have applicable terms and conditions which the Winners may be required to accept; and 

(iv) shall not be permitted take any screenshots, photographs or video recordings during the Meet and Greet.

26. Any Winner who participates in the Virtual Meet and Greet is expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times during the Virtual Meet and Greet. MU can terminate access to the Virtual Meet and Greet if it considers that someone is not acting in accordance with this paragraph. 
Footage of the Meet and Greet: 
27. Anyone entering this Prize Draw acknowledges and accept that: 

(i) MU may record, take footage and screenshots of the Meet and Greet at any and all times as well as any elements of the question and answer session and any Winners may feature in the video recording, footage or images (the “Content”);

(ii) MU shall own the Content and all intellectual property rights in it; 

(iii) MU may use the Content however it chooses for example, but without limitation, MU may use the Content in conjunction with other third party content and/or use the Content as part of MU’s commercial campaigns; 

(iv) MU does not guarantee that the Content will be used and/or featured for any particular purpose and, MU cannot guarantee that all Winners will feature in it; 

(v) if Mu does choose to use the Content (in whole or in part) then MU may do so anywhere in the World, on any media including, but not limited to, on MU web-pages (including but not limited to www.manutd.com), any MU social media channels, on MU’s MUTV channel and at any physical location (for example, banners, posters and digi-boards); and

(vi) MU may or may let other people use, reproduce, modify or edit the Content or make things inspired by it for us.
General terms:

28. To the extent legally permissible, MU shall have no liability whatsoever to anyone who enters the Prize Draw and/or any Winner for any reasons whatsoever including, but not limited to:

(v) if the Virtual Meet and Greet is cancelled, postponed, delayed or re-arranged or, if a Winner cannot attend on the date and time specified by MU; 

(vi) if a Winner is refused access to the Meet and Greet for failing to adhere to any applicable conditions; 

(vii) a Winner cannot access the platform for any reason whatsoever; and/or

(viii) due to any technical failure or malfunction and/or any other problem with any network, server, system or otherwise which the video sharing platform selected by MU to host the Meet and Greet.

29. MU cannot guarantee that the system and/or service used to host the Virtual Meet and Greet will be free from errors, omissions or that it will be available or uninterrupted at all times.

30. MU reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Conditions without notice when reasonably necessary for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw. 

31. The Prize Draw, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
