2020/21 Premier League Fixtures

The 2020/21 Premier League fixtures can be viewed hereOur planning for the season on and off the field continues. We are working with the Premier League, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, Sports Grounds Safety Authority and the local authorities on planning for a safe return of fans to matches at Old Trafford as soon as it is permitted. However, it is clear that matches will be played behind closed doors until further information has been confirmed by the Government and other authorities. You can view up to date information here

The Season Ticket renewal deadline, initially 1 May, has been suspended. This will be continuously reviewed and a new deadline will be confirmed in due course. The club commits to giving as much notice of the revised renewal deadline as possible given the evolving situation.

Refund and Rebate Information

As the Crystal Palace, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea , Arsenal and West Brom games were played behind closed doors, we have now refunded Season Ticket holders who have renewed their Season Ticket for the 2020/21 season the cost of these games.

Digital Ticketing & Yearbook

Digital Ticketing

The Club has been advised that from the 2020/21 season access to the stadium must be digital / contactless. This is to reduce contact with shared surfaces, and associated risk to supporter safety.  Entry to the stadium will therefore be gained via your mobile device or a print at home ticket. We will provide detailed information on how to download / print your ticket and how to enter the stadium in due course.

Digital Yearbook

We have also created a new digital version of the 2019/20 Yearbook, which you can access here by entering your Season Ticket number.

If you manage multiple accounts for friends and family, and wish to purchase tickets on their behalf (or renew season tickets) you will need to have a ‘manage’ privilege on their account (note, they will also need to have an active account online in order for this to be successful). Please see below for a short guide on how to do this should you need to.

- Log into your account at, select 'Your Network' – if you have not yet activated your online account, please follow the steps in the above ‘creating an account online’ guide

From here you select the drop down next to their name and request to manage their account. Select 'change' (highlighted red), select the option to fully manage tickets online, and select 'Send Request'. An email will then be sent to the supporter who will need to follow the instructions on the email they receive and accept the request before you're able to make updates/transact on their behalf.

For the Season:

If you are opted-in to the optional cup games for the 2019/20 season, this will automatically carry over into the 2020/21 season. If for any reason you would prefer to opt-out of this for the forthcoming season, you can change your status during the online renewal process – note, you can also update your cup scheme payment card at this point. If however you have opted-out for the current season and would like to be included in the cup scheme for all cup games next season, you will need to contact us on 0161 868 8000 to amend this.

You can change your opt in/opt out status for cup games online during designated opt out periods throughout the season (these are communicated as and when available). Please be reminded there is no option to opt-out of the FA Cup home fixtures (exclusions only apply to Under 16s).

Please note, if a Season Ticket holder doesn't purchase a cup game, they will lose their eligibility to apply for domestic away games. Currently, those eligible are Season Ticket holders at silver level or above, and who have purchased all home cup games for the 2019/20 season.
