Chevrolet Parking Terms and Conditions

Chevrolet matchday parking ballot – Terms & Conditions

Manchester United Limited (“MU”) is the promoter of this car parking ballot (“Ballot”).

For each MU match held at the Old Trafford football stadium (“Stadium”) in the Premier League, FA Cup and EFL Cup during the 2017/18 football season (“Match”), MU will hold a Ballot giving entrants the chance to obtain a free car parking pass for that Match in the Stadium’s Chevrolet-sponsored car park (“Car Park”).

Entry to each Ballot is on the basis of one entry per person per Match. Ballots are not open to employees of MU (or its associated companies or subsidiaries) or their families. For the avoidance of doubt, entering a Ballot for a Match does not preclude an entrant from entering subsequent Ballot(s) for subsequent Match(es).

To enter a Ballot, each participant must: (i) be in possession of a valid ticket for the relevant Match; (ii) click on the relevant link on the MU website; (iii) when prompted to do so either login (if already registered) or register as a registered user on www.manutd.com; and (iv) fill in all required fields on the form displayed following login or registration.

The opening and closing dates for each Ballot will be featured on the MU website in advance of the relevant Match.

By entering a Ballot the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Conditions”) and confirms that all information submitted is true, current and complete. MU reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Entrants shall at all times act in good faith towards MU and the Ballot.

Each Ballot will take place as soon as reasonably practicable after the relevant closing date displayed on the MU website. The successful entrants will be the first names to be selected at random from all of the eligible entries received on or before the relevant closing date.

The successful entrants in each Ballot will receive a complimentary car parking pass (“Pass”) allowing the entrant to park in the Car Park on the day of the relevant Match.

Only successful entrants shall receive notification from MU. The successful entrants will be notified by email as soon as practicable after the closing date. The email notification will contain a car parking voucher allowing the winner and car they entered into the ballot access to the Car Park for the relevant Match. The voucher must be brought to the Match, along with a form of identification for the entrant. For the avoidance of doubt, the Pass may only be used with the particular car whose details the successful entrant entered into the form referred to at paragraph 4(iv) above.

All Passes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available.

MU reserves the right to cancel or amend any Ballot or these Conditions without notice at any time. All decisions of MU shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

The Ballots, together with these Conditions, are governed by the laws on England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
