MatchDay-Bartender

Job Description: Working within one of our hospitality suites or box areas, serving guests and fans attending the match day. You will be the friendly face our guests will remember, offering recommendations on our dishes whilst also providing an outstanding all-round service to make each match day a unique and memorable experience. Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a team, enthusiastic. Be proactive and adhere to all company policy guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all work areas and glass that will be used during service; maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
•    Set up, stock, and maintain bar.
•    Develop knowledge of products available
•    Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals.
•    Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, replenish ice and glassware as required.
•    Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
•    Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
•    Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs; restock bar with liquor and supplies when necessary.
•    Operating the tills through the EPOS system process payments when necessary.
•    Abide by and enforce all licensing laws.
•    Cross train to assist other areas when necessary.
•    Complete closing duties as designated by bar supervisor which may include storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods and stock control/rotation, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
•    Perform any other job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Upon completion, all candidates must have completed all the following Mapal one online training modules before their first shift:
•    Food Allergens
•    Customer Service
•    Health & Safety Level 2
•    Food Safety Level 2
•    Diversity, Inclusion and Equity
The candidate must complete all Matchday Training within the deadline given.
