Entry

1. Manchester United Football Club Limited (“MU”) (whose registered office is Old Trafford, Sir Matt Busby Way, Manchester M16 0RA) is the promoter of the Win exclusive clothing from the Adidas Chinese New Year range prize draw (the “Prize Draw”).

2. By entering the Prize Draw entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Conditions”) and confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate and complete. MU reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any and all entrants and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Entrants shall at all times act in good faith towards MU and the Prize Draw.

3. Employees of MU or any of its associated companies or subsidiaries (and their families) are excluded from entering the Prize Draw.

4. Entry into the Prize Draw is free (except for any applicable data usage charges) and on the basis of one entry per person.

5. In order to enter the Prize Draw and to be considered for any of the Prizes, entrants must complete the relevant data entry fields for the Prize Draw by clicking on the Prize Draw entry link available: (i) via www.manutd.com; (ii) in the overlay form available at www.manutdfans.cn; (iii) MU newsletters; (iv) on the official Manchester United accounts on the following social media platforms: (a) Facebook; (b) Twitter; (c) Instagram; (d) Wechat; (e) Sina Weibo; (f) Tencent Weibo; or (g) LINE; or (v) via any other method of entry which MU makes available.

6. The Prize Draw will close at 23:59 GMT on Wednesday 20 February 2019 (the "Closing Date") and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing Date.

Prize

7. Subject to paragraphs 9 and 10 the prize will consist of:

(i) A main prize of:

1. the Manchester United Chinese New Year clothing range by Adidas (the “Range”) in a size of your choice (subject to availability) consisting of:

a) Manchester United Chinese New Year Adidas Z.N.E. Hoodie (Adidas product code: DZ0456);

b) Manchester United Chinese New Year Sweat Pants (Adidas product code: DZ0457);

c) Manchester United Chinese New Year Sweatshirt (Adidas product code: DZ0458);

d) Manchester United Chinese New Year Tee (Adidas product code: DZ0459); and

2. the Manchester United Chinese New Year Tee (Adidas product code: DZ0459) from the Range (signed by member(s) of the Manchester United first team squad) (the “Main Prize”).

(ii) A runner-up prize of the Manchester United Chinese New Year Tee (Adidas product code: DZ0459) from the Range (signed by member(s) of the Manchester United first team squad) (“Signed Tee”) (the “Runner-up Prize”).

8. The Main Prize and Runner-up Prize are collectively known as (the “Prizes”).

9. MU gives no guarantee that the Signed Tee will be signed by any particular Manchester United player(s) and MU will not enter into any correspondence as to which Manchester United player(s) signs the Signed Tee. Any details as to the size of the Signed Tee will be at MU’s absolute discretion.

10. MU reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with another of a similar nature and/or of equal or greater value at any time.

11. The Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Winner

12. There will be one winner of the Main Prize. The winner of the Main Prize will be the first person selected at random from all valid entries received on or before the Closing Date (the “Main Prize Winner”). The Main Prize Winner will receive the Main Prize.

13. There will be five winners of the Runner-up Prize. The winners of the Runner-up Prize will be the first five people selected at random (after the Main Prize Winner has been selected) from all valid entries received on or before the Closing Date (each a “Runner-up” and together the “Runners-up”). Each Runner-up will receive the Runner-up Prize.

14. The Main Prize Winner and the Runners-up are collectively known as (a “Winner” and together the “Winners”).

15. Only the Winners will receive notification from MU. The Winners will be notified by email as soon as practicable after the Closing Date. Following the draw, the Prizes will be posted to the Winners.

16. The Winners (or a Winner’s parent or guardian if a Winner is under 16 years of age) will be required to give their consent to the following: (i) for a Winner’s name to be disclosed to any person requesting that MU confirms the identity of the Winners; and (ii) for a Winner’s name and/or photograph to be published for promotional purposes, although a Winner may raise any concerns regarding this paragraph 16 with MU.

17. If MU cannot successfully contact a Winner within a reasonable length of time, or if a Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prizes, or if a Winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or if a Winner (or the parent or guardian of a Winner if a Winner is under 16 years of age) does not provide the consent requested at paragraph 16 above, subsequent draws will take place until a new winner is found who is able, willing and eligible to accept the Prizes and provide the necessary consents. This new winner shall be deemed to be a Winner for the purposes of these Conditions.

18. Subject to paragraphs 16 and 17 above, details of the Winners will be made available to the public upon request from Manchester United Football Club Limited, Sir Matt Busby Way, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 0RA two weeks after the Closing Date (subject to data protection legislation).

General

19. MU reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Conditions without notice when reasonably necessary for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw.

20. The Prize Draw, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
