Is kick-off likely to change?
Until confirmed, any fixture date could change due to how games are shown on television and participation in other competitions. If your chosen game does change, we will email you confirming this. With this in mind, it is important that you do not finalise any travel arrangements until the date and kick-off time of the fixture is confirmed. The best way to keep up-to-date with all our fixtures is by regularly visiting manutd.com.
How / when will I get my tickets?
You will receive your e-ticket, via the email you used to book your ticket, approximately 7 days before the game.
How do you ensure the safe return of fans?
Visit manutd.com/reunited to see how we plan to keep fans safe, and read our Code of Conduct and important supporter guidance, including advice about travel.
Are children welcome into our Matchday VIP hospitality areas?
Yes, of course, children of all ages are welcome. We provide children’s menus as well as a goodie bag on arrival.
How do I receive my complimentary car parking pass?
Only our No.7 Matchday VIP and Red Café package guests will receive complementary parking. Please email email@example.com to request a digital car parking pass
For all other Matchday VIP packages, if you wish to purchase car parking you can do so by visiting manutd.com/carparking.
What should I wear?
Red Café, Museum Pre/Post Match and Lancashire Package
CASUAL DRESS CODE:
Strictly no away team colours or shorts. No attire displaying offensive language or imagery. The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed unsuitable.
No. 7 at Old Trafford
SMART CASUAL DRESS CODE:
Strictly no shorts, sportswear including trainers or football shirts. Smart jeans are permitted. This dress code does not apply to children under 12. The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed unsuitable.
Who do I tell about special dietary requirements?
Any special dietary requirements for you or your guests should be made clear during the booking process. If there are any changes, post booking, please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least five working days before the game.
How do I book a visit to the Museum & Stadium Tour when I come to the game?
There will be an official match programme waiting for you and your guests in your suite as this is included as part of your hospitality package.
Is smoking allowed?
Old Trafford Stadium is a no-smoking area. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in all areas. Stewards are briefed to be vigilant for anyone in breach of this rule and offending supporters will be asked to leave the stadium. Please note that once you have entered the stadium, should you wish to go back outside, you will not be permitted back into the stadium.
