Loan confirmed for Nathan Bishop
Manchester United goalkeeper Nathan Bishop has joined League Two side Mansfield Town on loan for the 2021/22 season.
The 21-year-old embarks on his first temporary move away from the club having shown great potential and provided excellent support for his fellow goalkeepers throughout the last two seasons.
Bishop will remain with United for the beginning of pre-season before joining up with the Stags at an agreed time ahead of their League Two campaign.
The England Under-20 international played 39 games for Southend United before completing his move to Old Trafford in January 2020.
Bishop will further his development and continue his experience of regular first-team football under the Stags’ manager, Nigel Clough.
