Our U18s prepare for a national final, the PL2 season ends and an exciting new documentary series is announced.

Adam Lawrence's side wrapped up the title when winning at Wolves last month, ensuring runners-up Manchester City could not make up the gap at the top.

The youngsters also defeated our neighbours in the final of the Premier League Cup, winning 2-1 at Leigh Sports Village, thanks to a brace from Ethan Wheatley.

Chelsea saw off competition from West Ham United for the southern title, clinching first place in the table with a 2-1 success at Southampton on Tuesday.

Tickets are on sale online, priced £5 for adults and £3 for concessions. Click here for more details.

The victors will gain entry to next season's UEFA Youth League.
