Confirmed: Ole's starting XI at Villa

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has named the same Manchester United XI for the fourth Premier League game in a row, as we travel to take on Aston Villa.

That means David De Gea will make a small bit of United history in the West Midlands on Thursday, as he plays his 399th game for the club.

That makes him the Reds’ highest overseas appearance-maker and means only one keeper has played more games for United - Alex Stepney (539).

Ahead of him, it’s the same back four of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw. Lindelof had been a doubt for the match having picked up a knock in Saturday’s 5-2 victory over Bournemouth, but has recovered for the trip to Villa Park.

In midfield, Nemanja Matic and Pogba continue their excellent relationship. The former signed a new contract during the week and will be hoping to toast it further with a victory this evening.
The Reds were on fire against Bournemouth, with the victory including a fine brace from Mason Greenwood. The teenager makes his first appearance at Villa Park, as does Bruno Fernandes in the no.10 role.

Marcus Rashford - who scored the winner against Villa in 2016 - will start on the left of that attacking trio. Anthony Martial is set to be the sole striker, with both he and Marcus hoping to add to the respective 20-goal hauls accumulated so far this season.
