Three Manchester United players are competing at Copa America, which gets under way on Friday.

Argentina meet Canada in a game kicking off at 01:30 BST, with Lisandro Martinez and Alejandro Garnacho in the world champions' squad.

Coach Lionel Scaloni's men are bidding to lift the trophy and defend the title they won for a 15th time last time out, in Brazil three years ago.

Their other group games are against Chile and Peru before the month is out.

Facundo Pellistri got off the mark at international level in the friendly win over Mexico.

Uruguay are set to take on Panama, hosts USA and Bolivia.

The final is due to be staged in Florida at 01:00 BST on Monday 15 July, soon after the outcome of Euro 2024 is decided in Germany.
