Manchester United is pleased to kick-off a guest chef series for the remainder of the season, in collaboration with the UK’s youngest chef to earn two Michelin stars, Niall Keating.

Based at Tender, the acclaimed fine-dining restaurant within Manchester’s Stock Exchange Hotel, co-owned by Gary Neville, Keating looks forward to bringing a modern British approach to Old Trafford by curating menus, championing local produce and elevating the matchday experience.
Keating said: “Old Trafford is the world’s most iconic venue, and I’m honoured to play a part in reimagining its culinary experience. My goal is to create something that feels authentic to Manchester — modern, bold and sustainable — while giving guests a dining experience that reflects the club’s world-class reputation.”
Gary Hemingway, Chief Operations Officer for Manchester United added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Niall to the United family. His creativity, technical mastery, and passion for sustainability perfectly align with our vision to deliver the very best hospitality experiences in world sport. Together, we’ll be setting a new benchmark for what dining at a football stadium can be."

Working closely with Manchester United’s Executive Chef Darren Hamilton, Keating will help introduce a programme of collaborations with acclaimed guest chefs — celebrating creativity, excellence and innovation across the season. Together, they will champion both established and emerging culinary talent, reflecting the club’s wider commitment to nurturing the next generation.

Niall Keating’s specially designed menu - featuring a signature starter, main and dessert - will debut in the Heritage Club, Gallery, Treble Suite, 1878 and Sir Alex Ferguson Stand Level 3 boxes at the Brighton game.
