Having trouble with your MUTV subscription?

If you have the Manchester United App and recently subscribed on iOS but are unable to access subscription content, you may be able to resolve the problem by simply updating to our latest version of the app.

A small number of fans who have taken out a subscription on iOS have been unable to immediately access subscription content.

To resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps:

1. Go to the iOS App Store
2. Update your app to the latest version (version 10.1.12 or higher – the version number is listed below the ‘What’s New’ heading)
3. Once the update is complete, open the app
4. Make sure you are logged in to My United (visit My United and you should see your profile with your fan stats, like Daily Streaks, Appearances etc)
5. Visit MUTV > Schedule (TV icon top right corner)
6. Select the ‘Now Playing’ programme (i.e. the schedule item highlighted with a white box)
7. If the programme starts playing, the problem should now be fixed and you can use MUTV to access all content
8. If the programme does not play, please dismiss the app (swipe up from the bottom of your phone to show all open apps, then hold and slide upwards on the United app to dismiss). Then repeat steps 5-7.
