Your essential info for Aston Villa v United
Manchester United return to Premier League action this weekend, as Erik ten Hag's men travel to Villa Park for Sunday afternoon's showdown with Aston Villa.
Having extended our current unbeaten run to nine games with a Europa League victory over Real Sociedad, the Reds narrowly missed out on advancing as Group E winners by just one goal.
There were lots of positives to take from Thursday's 1-0 triumph in San Sebastian, after beating West Ham United by the same scoreline at Old Trafford last weekend had marked an impressive end to October's action.
Now the focus switches back to domestic action and our trip to the West Midlands for the first of two back-to-back games against Villa. One further fixture, Fulham away, will then follow before the season pauses for the commencement of the World Cup in Qatar.
Below are all the details you need ahead of Sunday's meeting with the Villans...
HOW TO FOLLOW THE GAME
The action at Villa Park is set to get under way at 14:00 GMT on Sunday, but it has not been chosen for live television coverage in the UK. The game was moved from Saturday due to the Reds' Europa League commitments on Thursday.
Supporters can, however, tune in to catch pre-match, half-time and post-match shows via MUTV, ManUtd.com and the United App. Our live stream will begin at 12:55 GMT, with team news coming in just five minutes after that at 13:00. Live radio commentary will also be available throughout the game.
Short video highlights of the match will be published two hours after full-time with longer versions, including the full 90 minutes, to follow on Monday morning.
TEAM NEWS
Ten Hag confirmed that attacking trio Anthony Martial, Jadon Sancho and Antony will all be assessed ahead of the game against Unai Emery's side. All three players remained in Manchester ahead of our trip to Spain earlier this week, with the aim of better preparing them for our clash at Villa Park this weekend.
When asked about their availability after our 1-0 victory at the Reale Arena on Thursday evening, the Dutchman said: ''It's difficult to say in this moment. I have to talk with the medical and the performance team, as they did a programme in Manchester. I have to hear how their progress was and if they can be available for Sunday's match.''
Bruno Fernandes will definitely miss the match with our Portuguese midfielder having accumulated five bookings so far this season. His one-game suspension was confirmed following a late caution in our victory over the Hammers at Old Trafford last weekend.

FORM GUIDE
Having now not suffered defeat since our 6-3 loss against Manchester City at the start of October, United are in excellent form heading into Sunday's contest.
Currently occupying fifth place in the Premier League table, Ten Hag's men could climb as high as third should results go our way this weekend.
Top scorer Marcus Rashford will be bidding to build on his impressive tally of nine goals so far this season, following on from his match-winning header against West Ham at Old Trafford.
For the hosts, it's been a sluggish start to the new campaign, with Villa winning just three of their opening 13 domestic encounters. Steven Gerrard was subsequently relieved of his managerial duties and Emery, the former Arsenal, Sevilla and Villarreal boss, will take charge of his first game on Sunday afternoon.

LATEST MEETINGS
Having faced Villa three times during the 2021/22 campaign, United emerged with a record of one win, one draw and one loss against a sometimes tricky opponent.
After a late Kortney Hause header inflicted a home Premier League defeat in September 2021, the Reds went on to narrowly edge out Dean Smith's side 1-0 in the FA Cup just four months later. Scott McTominay's early goal at Old Trafford was to be the only difference.
Last season's league meeting at Villa Park ended 2-2 in January, when Bruno Fernandes's double was cancelled out by late goals from Jacob Ramsey and Philippe Coutinho.
That scoreline, and scoring pattern, was repeated in July when the two clubs faced each other in a rain-soaked pre-season friendly in Perth, Australia. This time, Jadon Sancho and an own goal from Matty Cash put the Reds 2-0 up before Villa replied through Leon Bailey and Calum Chambers.
