Manchester United Women are back in action on Sunday to face Everton, as Marc Skinner’s side ramp up preparations for the Women’s Super League with our final pre-season friendly of the summer.

United lost 3-0 to Bayern Munich in the final of the AMOS Women’s French Cup last time out. This followed an impressive 1-0 victory over PSG in Toulouse, a result that gives the team great hope ahead of the new season.

Kick-off against Everton is set for 12:00 BST at Carrington. Supporters across the globe can watch the match live on MUTV, ManUtd.com and the United App.

MATCH PREVIEW

The battle with Everton will give Skinner’s side vital minutes ahead of the WSL kick-off against Tottenham on 10 September.

Maya Le Tissier, Grace Clinton, Adriana Leon and Lucia Garcia continue to settle into the side. Another new signing Nikita Parris has made a positive impression since joining from Arsenal earlier this month, linking well with Leon and Garcia in the Bayern game. Skinner has an excellent opportunity to continue integrating them against the Toffees, who finished last season 10th in the WSL.

England hero Ella Toone featured in the final half-hour of the AMOS Cup final and fans will also be hoping to see two more Lionesses feature against Everton - goalkeeper Mary Earps and forward Alessia Russo, one month on from her iconic backheel goal for the national side.
The good news keeps on coming for United fans, as defender Millie Turner has returned to full contact training after her injury at the beginning of the year.

Fitness and preparation is key for Skinner right now and he'll be delighted to have players like Turner and the England contingent back in the squad as the Reds look to improve on last year’s fourth-placed finish in the domestic division.

Live coverage of Sunday's game at Carrington will begin at 11:45 BST on MUTV, ManUtd.com and the United App, 15 minutes before kick-off.
