Jose Mourinho had provided an update on Anthony Martial after the France international missed Manchester United's comfortable 1-0 win against Watford at Old Trafford.
Speaking at the post-match press conference, the manager revealed our no.11 had suffered an injury in training on Friday.
“With Anthony, I have to wait a bit for more. It's his knee,” Mourinho said.
Jose also rejected speculation in the media that Anthony had allegedly stormed out.
“It's not true,” Jose stated.
“He was injured in the Friday training session and yesterday he couldn’t train. He had treatment in the morning at the training ground and he stayed away.”

Speaking about Martial, Jose said:
“I’m waiting for the doctor but when it’s impossible to play today, I have my doubts [for the FA Cup final] but let’s wait and see. I know that Romelu will be back on Tuesday.“
Martial has made 44 appearances in all competitions for United this season, scoring 11 goals in the process.
