Introducing the first Senior Supporters' Club
Manchester United recently launched the Senior Supporters’ Club – our first dedicated community for older Reds.
With over 330 supporters’ groups now officially recognised by the club, the Senior Supporters’ Club was born following the success of our monthly “Reminiscing Sessions”, which are hosted at Old Trafford.
United by shared memories of the club, the Senior Supporters’ Club aims to bring fans together to connect and reminisce over their experiences following United – many of its members have been attending games since the Busby Babes era!
In support of the launch, members were invited to bring friends and family on an exclusive tour of Old Trafford, courtesy of Cadbury.

Whether in M16 or beyond, supporters are invited to share their stories, memories and passions for United and the supporters’ club will play a valuable role in helping the club to optimise experiences for older fans.
Rick McGagh, director of fan engagement, said:
"We are delighted to welcome our new Senior Supporters’ Club to our family of official clubs. We are looking forward to working with this group – some of whom have been coming to games for well over 50 years – to improve the experience for their members. We have already seen the great benefits of having a youth supporters’ club and it is great we now have one for our older fans too.
