Loan watch: Garner shines for Forest
James Garner helped Nottingham Forest knock out Emirates FA Cup holders Leicester City in a passionate East Midlands derby on Sunday.
The Manchester United midfielder continues to impress during his loan spell at The City Ground and, in addition to a polished performance, he also supplied the assist for the third goal in an emphatic 4-1 victory, when his corner was headed home by Joe Worrall.
BBC pundit Martin Keown, the former Arsenal defender, commented: “I like the way he’s developing and growing as a player. It's his second year here on loan, you can see the development. He’s certainly playing with a lot more confidence right now."
Forest will now meet Huddersfield Town at home in the fifth round.

In posts on social media, the defender said: "Now's the time to build on it [the award] as a team and keep pushing. Three wins on the bounce and into the next round. Perfect Saturday!"
Kenny McLean scored the only goal at Molineux in first-half stoppage time, with a trip to Liverpool next up in the competition later this month.

"He took some hard kicks on his legs so I gave him the chance to rest," revealed Arveladze. "But hopefully he's fine [for midweek]."
Reece Devine was another loanee to get game-time as Walsall lost 1-0 to Northampton Town but Ethan Galbraith was absent from Doncaster Rovers' excellent 2-1 away win at Sunderland.
Manager Gary McSheffrey told The Doncaster Free Press: "Ethan has still got that niggling calf problem. When I spoke to him on Thursday, it was fine but he reported it to the physio after training. He's spoken to his physios at Manchester United and he feels about a week off will do him the world of good." The Northern Ireland international now looks set to also sit out the upcoming game with Kieran McKenna's Ipswich Town.
