Who was United's Man of the Match at Palace?

Manchester United were held to a 1-1 draw by Crystal Palace in the Premier League, as Bruno Fernandes's first-half strike was cancelled out by Michael Olise's late free-kick.

Erik ten Hag's side were in control for large parts of the first period, as Fernandes netted his fifth goal of the season, latching onto a clever pass from Christian Eriksen to open the scoring.

But Olise's superbly placed set piece, deep into stoppage time, ensured a share of the spoils in the capital as the Reds' nine-match winning run came to an end.

Brazilian midfielder Casemiro was shown his fifth yellow card of the season for a foul on Wilfried Zaha, and will therefore now miss Sunday's clash with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

Despite the frustration caused by the late equaliser for our opponents, there were still plenty of impressive performers on duty for United. But who did you, the supporters, vote as the Man of the Match?

Claiming a whopping 32 per cent of the vote, defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka topped the poll, after standing out throughout the 90 minutes against his former employers.

The highlight was his impressive sliding tackle to deny Zaha a late chance to snatch a win for Palace, with our no.29 timing his challenge to perfection inside the penalty area.

Fernandes claimed second spot with 24 per cent, after his goal gave the Reds the lead in a dominant first-half display.

Despite his caution, Casemiro claimed third place with a respectable 20 per cent, after another strong showing at the heart of our midfield.

The Man of the Match caps an impressive recent return to action for Wan-Bissaka, who stepped up superbly in the absence of his fellow right-back Diogo Dalot after the World Cup.

Aaron's form had already given Ten Hag a selection headache, and the 25-year-old has further enhanced his status by being in fine fettle throughout the proceedings at Selhurst Park.

Congratulations to him for an impressive display and thanks to everyone who voted.
